Netflix Intake Asset Form

Designing a Streamlined Internal Asset Intake Form for Netflix
In this project, I designed an internal asset intake form from the ground up to simplify and standardize how teams across Netflix submit creative assets. Previously, asset submissions were managed through a patchwork of emails and disparate tools, causing delays and inconsistencies that impacted production timelines. The goal was to create a centralized, user-friendly form that captured all necessary information upfront, reduced back-and-forth communication, and ensured assets were correctly categorized and routed to the right teams. By conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping user journeys, and iterating on prototypes, I developed a solution that significantly improved efficiency, transparency, and collaboration within Netflix’s creative workflows.
